Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at https://westniagaracleaning.com or by booking cleaning services with West Niagara Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

West Niagara Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the West Niagara region of Ontario, Canada. Our services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, commercial cleaning, and various add-on services.

Service Area

We serve Beamsville, Grimsby, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, St. Catharines, Smithville, Jordan, Vineland, Lincoln, and surrounding areas in the Niagara Region and Hamilton area of Ontario.

Booking and Scheduling

  • Bookings can be made by phone, email, or through our website.
  • All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment as soon as possible after receiving your request.
  • You agree to provide accurate information about the property to be cleaned, including the number of rooms, bathrooms, and any special requirements.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices quoted are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted based on the actual condition and size of the property upon arrival.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (HST).
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
  • We accept various payment methods. Specific payment options will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find an alternative time.

Access to Property

  • You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property to be cleaned.
  • If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time through no fault of ours, a trip fee may apply.
  • Please secure any valuables, important documents, and fragile items prior to our arrival.
  • Please ensure pets are secured in a safe area during the cleaning appointment.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge.

Liability and Insurance

  • West Niagara Cleaning carries liability insurance to protect against accidental damage that may occur during the course of our work.
  • If any damage occurs, please report it to us within 24 hours so we can address it promptly.
  • We are not responsible for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly mounted, or in a state of disrepair.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the value of the cleaning service provided.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning needs
  • Ensure a safe working environment for our cleaning team
  • Notify us of any known hazards, health risks, or special conditions
  • Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items before our arrival
  • Be available or designate someone to provide access at the scheduled time

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of West Niagara Cleaning and is protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website
  • Submit false or misleading information through any forms
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the website

Limitation of Liability
